Data Corrupted. .___.

It happened so fast and only a few moments ago, that I'm still in a state of complete shock. My town, Magenta, is gone. I only had it for a month, and it didn't have much developed yet, but it's very sad and surprising to me. It's the longest I've ever had a town and now it's gone. I was saving my game and pressed the power off button too early, and I guess I was just incredibly unlucky, as it was corrupted in that moment. I spent over a month and a half searching for that town layout. I'm exhausted from restarting, even now after 30+ days of keeping that town. So I'm going to try and force myself to pick a decent layout with nice villagers. I just don't know what to say.

My case isn't that bad, so there's no need to feel sympathy for me. I just feel incredibly awful that other people with many more hours of work, PWP's, bells, exclusive items, dream villagers.. Had data corrupted. That's just brutal.

Just please guys, remember to save properly. I sure learned my lesson. ._.

You poor soul. I actually was considering duping items but I heard you can corrupt easily that way so I think I'll wait and buy nl digitally to do that.

Thanks for your support, guys. It's rough. ._. Now I have to stress finding a new town/character name, picking a nice map, and going through the first extremely boring weeks where nothing is unlocked and villagers only give you advice. ><

I feel so bad , we should all complain to Nintendo ! Animal Crossing New Leaf need a data save backup as every other game has ! Nintendo doesn't understand how much time ac mayors spend playing this awesome game ..... we need also an update to fix bugs & ect ... and would be cool to add more features to the game , but I really hope they will add a save data backup for ac :'3 good luck with your new town if u need anything just ask , I can give 1m bells as a starter

Corrupting my file during a save is my biggest fear because I my thumb is always reseting on the power button when I'm not thinking about it.

Good luck restarting your game... I'm sure you will find a lovely layout!
