Today was quite eventful, and therefore this post will likely be rather lengthy as a result. I decided to start taking my Silver Shovel along with me every day instead of my Golden one since it has the chance to get more money or even ore from rocks. Sure enough, my money rock today was an ore rock, and I got a third gold nugget to take over to Cyrus. And, of course, he made me a Golden Bed, which I already have.
My flowers are starting to wilt, and it's only a matter of time before I start to go crazy. Fortunately there weren't many to water today, so I actually enjoyed it. And boy am I going to have tons of Golden Roses tomorrow. Also, I traded for a couple of Purple Pansies yesterday and now I can start growing them myself. Purple flowers are my favorites.
Wart Jr. ran up to me today, and tried to sell me the same Mango he's been trying to get me to buy for like three weeks. I really think it's time he just throws it in the garbage can that's conveniently located outside of his house.
Then I ran into Felicity, and she wanted to come over to my house immediately since she 'heard I had been redecorating.' I haven't.
After that, I resumed my walk and Lolly ran over to me. Just, like, two days ago Lolly confessed her undying friendship to me. And here, today, she does it again. Is something bad about to happen, or does Lolly just really love me?

In other brief news, Gulliver sent me a sitar from India. Happily, I put it up in my world-themed display room in the museum and I'm about to take some time to reorganize it a bit. Also, T&T Emporium had a couple of items I could use, and I got another mannequin with one of my alternates, so their homes got a little bit of progress today.
Since I've gone on about a lot already, I'll just show off my upstairs for now.

As you can see, this is my Balloon Room. The Balloon series was the first one I started collecting and the first one I ever completed. Now, however, I am rather tired of this room, but it scores major points with the HHA and it's been a good place to keep all of my collectible toys and whatnot. For example: my Katie's Pic, Boxed Figurine, S.S. Dolphin, Top, Resetti Model, etc. -- I don't know where I'd put all of these if I didn't have this toy room. Eventually I plan on figuring out something else to do with my upstairs, but, for now, it stays.
