Today was average. I patrolled the town, not finding much but a few fossils and like one stray flower. I'm keeping up with my wilting flowers pretty well, so undoing my beautiful ordinance wasn't so bad as I thought it would be.
Sahara was in town. She hooked me up with a Tea Room Wall and Sandlot, which actually look pretty good together. I don't need them for any of my rooms unfortunately, so I'll probably just sell them. But I'll definitely keep the combination in mind.
Mitzi wanted me to get signatures for her Wear More Hats petition, and fortunately one of my friends was on so I didn't have to look too hard for an open town. While I was visiting there, I ran into Kyle again and realized that I really like him. He's rather handsome. Hopefully I can snag him if he decides to move.
Considering the fact that I really like most of the wolves, I should start collecting some. Can't have Connecticut without some Huskies, after all.
In other news, the cherry trees I planted along the path on the west side are coming in very nicely. It's always a rewarding feeling to me when I do some landscaping and it turns out looking really good.

I don't have any specific plan for this part of town right now, so I just worked around what was already here. I always intended to put in a Wisteria Trellis just north of here, if I can ever unlock it. Whenever that happens, I guess I'll try to formulate some idea of what to put around it.
Now I can finally wrap up with my favorite room in my house!

Here it is, my Tea Party Garden. Complete with the March Hare and Mad Hatter.
I got the idea from an Alice-inspired dream town, in which the person had a room in their home for the tea party. I loved it so much I decided to make my own little rendition.
My version is essentially just a collection of tea items, mush items, and chairs.

It took a while to collect all the different chairs that I decided to use; Mostly I wanted chairs that seemed whimsical or looked like the actual ones from the movie. I'll probably replace the Mush and Tulip Chairs once I find a couple of better ones. I know there's a pink armchair out there that I really need to get my hands on!
On the other hand, dressing my characters was pretty easy. I found a great QR code for the Mad Hatter's jacket, and what better item to add but the Top Hat? I usually interchange it with the Red New Year's Hat every now and then, whenever I'm feeling it instead.
The March Hare wears a red jacket with a tie, so the HHA Jacket was just perfect. I had one in my drawers because I could never be moved to get rid of it for some reason, and this is like the only time my hoarding tendencies really ever paid off. But darn the Bunny Hood for not being brown!
So, yeah. This is it for the official tour of my house. It's nothing too special, but I really like it and that's what matters. x)
