Day 378 - Get well soon, Gayle!

Day 378

Hello, everyone, and welcome to day 378 of my daily adventures in Shizen! As usual, I received mail this morning, but only from Sparro. He'd sent over a big star tee, so I decided to wear that today.

I put on some extra accessories to go with the shirt as well, and after I met up with Brewster, I began my daily stroll around Shizen.

Lobo was the only needy villager today; he had me deliver a package to Velma, but it was actually something for me! I unwrapped the present on the spot and it was a lightning tee, which I sold later at Re-Tail.

I'd visited Gayle's house earlier and discovered that she was ill, so once I finished my dailies I purchased some medicine for her at T&T Emporium. I made sure that she took her daily dosage, and hopefully she'll be back to normal in a matter of days.

I almost forgot to mention this, but Katrina was in the plaza today. I wonder when she'll move into Main Street.

I wasn't wearing the lucky item today, but thankfully I ran into nothing unfortunate (unless you count Gayle's sickness).

I headed over to the island and participated in the Sea Urchin Diving Tour, and I snagged 9. That wasn't enough to earn me a Gold Tortimer Award, but I had fun in the process. I also brought home a yellow hibiscus start to plant in town.

I've also started collecting the Green series for one of my rooms for my Rustic theme challenge. So far I've found a green carpet and green bench, but I can't wait to complete it all!

I love Gayle's house too! So cute how and she Midge have so many lovely items. Also I hope she feels better soon. ^^

Good call on the Green series. It's probably one of my favorites, though I've never had it in any of my houses before...Maybe I'll try it once I finish my theme challenge.

If I had been online earlier and seen that you were collecting the green series, I would have mentioned it, because I can help! I think I have a green counter in my catalogue if you ever want me to get it for you! I might have a green wall too but I'll have to check.

@behth: Thank you! Midge and Gayle are both pink, so I decided to have them both have the Lovely theme to their homes. It's quite adorable! You should try out the Green series as well. I love refurbishing it!

@MadisonCrossing: I'd be so grateful if you could do that for me! We can decide on a time to visit towns so that you can drop anything that you might have off.
