Deals for Buying a New 3DS

So I'm buying a New 3DS or New 3DS XL but I still cant figure out if any deals nowadays are good. So here is my final post about Handhelds XD. So I found the Blast from the Past? I forgot if that's what its called. Ok, so anyway, its $225 dollars, has Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Chibi Robo or somethin, and a copy of ACNL XD ( I always wanted a cycle town but all these amiibo cards but it out of the business). So I'm pretty sure ACNL and Zelda combined are $40 and the other game like $10. And normal N3DS XLs are like $200. So I think its a good deal, but I honestly think the problem is I don't like the DS and really wanted a Galaxy. The bundle is also pre-owned which doesn't really bother me hehe. (and that only takes away like $13) So should I wait for a 3DS that I like come out or buy this one and buy this Pikachu CoverPlate I really want?

PS my mom is getting me one because I got straight A's for the first semester.

I wouldn't buy a used console/handheld. This is coming from a guy who owns like every platform out there. Unless it's an old one that doesn't cost much like a DS or Dreamcast. I'm really confused with your wording though. I would wait for a new edition of the New 3DS/New 3DS XL to be released or hope for news about a restock on a current model. I got a New 3DS Black Friday edition at Toys R Us for $100 recently and traded in my old one to GameStop for $65. The New 3DS has slightly bigger screens than the Old 3DS anyways so I don't really need an XL. Prices are pretty inflated right now so it's best to probably wait a bit before purchasing one.
