Fantasy Life 2: The Girl Who Steals Time question

hello! i played fantasy life 1 for the 3ds system and nintendo is due to release fantasy life 2 in april 2025 for the switch. i wanted to know the exact date for this release so i called a local game shop to ask that question *im in the usa*; but they had no knowledge of the game coming out at all, so they checked online and told me that it was to be regionally released in a few countries but Not in the usa in april!
i then called nintendo directly to ask about this and they told me that the only info they have on it is that it Is coming out in april of this year, but they Dont know which countries its to be released in *minus usa*. they told me to contact the developer *level 5 constructs*, but they are located in japan and my phone does not have international dialing *besides that; i also dont speak japanese lol*!
So! my questions are:
1: where will this game be released
2: will it ever be available in the usa
3: if it is not available in the usa; can i purchase a region where it Does come out and it will still be playable on my usa switch?
if anyone has any info about this i would totally appreciate it! it looks like a great game!

No one here is going to have this information. It is just a matter of being patient until a release date is officially announced.

the reason that ive posted the questions here is because a lot of folks that use belltreeforums dont live in the usa so their country might have more information than usa citizens do.
the release date has been announced; its april 20, 2025; confirmed by nintendo *i called them and asked*.
i appreciate your input though

Reddit Fantasy Life forum has been posting Twitter posts from the @F5_fantasylife lately. It's nice to see the posts with pictures since I stopped using Twitter.
Today there is a Reddit Post that the Playstation Store had the game listed for a short period of time and than removed. There is a screenshot and the release date said April 23, 2025. If it's true happy more players can enjoy this game.

because of your info i went to nintendo EU and saw that the game is listed on their site for purchase in april (when it comes out) so i called nintendo and asked them if the game would be compatible with usa switch systems if i bought it from the EU and had it shipped to the USA and
GOOD NEWS! it is NOT region locked so you can buy it from whichever country of origin you prefer and it will be playable on your switch globally.

Just saw some new info posted about this! The game is looking good. It will be released in the US. This is like the 3rd different release date I've seen for it though and this one says May. Fantasy Life on 3DS was great so I would likely get it at some point.

Came here to say that latest reports say May 21st, with early access from May 18th if you preorder the digital deluxe edition.

The 18th is my birthday - guess I know what I'm treating myself to.

When I checked their site Nintendo Switch isn't listed for Early Access for the Deluxe Version. It's just items. I hope it changes after the Nintendo Direct and the Switch is added. The price for the game went up.
