Deposit 10k in ABD then get llots of bells?

I read that if you deposit 10,000 in the ABD and TT'd years ahead once you came back and withdrew you'd have around 100,000 in your savings account. Well, problem is I did this and the same 10,000 I deposited were still in my savings account :/. Help please ^.^

You would put 100,000 in your bank then TT a year ahead then You would recive 1,000,000.

i wish i had more info about this... i haven't gotten a message yet (after ~2 months of playing!)

granted, my sister TT'd backwards at one point, and there were a couple of days where i had 0 bells in there, but still... i'm stumped!
