You get TBT (also referred to as BTB interchangeably) with every post you make! The amount of TBT you get depends on how long your post is (and also seems to depend what board you're posting to). You can also get quite a bit of TBT from introducing yourself on the introduction boards! Once you've found your footing in the community, you can also get TBT by selling villagers, items, and services!
