I just tried putting mine together but it ended up look like crap; it probably was not thick enough paper and the tape I was isn't that great. lol. Either way, I think my cards would get damaged if I kept them in that and not my binder ><.
I printed it out on a laser printer on regular printer paper.
NOT STRONG ENOUGH. Not even close. I've thought about taping the printer paper to stronger paper and then cutting THAT out and then making the card house.
