I do find myself going back there despite how they handle a few things. They did just roll out a new look. It looks like they changed the search options. I can't seem to find how to view search results by newest, or switch back to the old version that has that option visible. Help would be appreciated.

hit "view all" on the right of "deviations" and then the down arrow beside "popular all time", "most recent" is one of the sorting options there.

I like going there occasionally just to browse through all the weird profiles and try to decide whether or not the guy drawing transgender Sonic x My Little Pony inflation and diaper fetish """"""""art"""""""" on MS Paint is serious or a troll.

It's really amazing until you realize they are serious and proud. It's the same with Wattpad but with writing.

Probably some tumblrina snowflakes but, yes fine "art" indeed.

I just went to deviantart out of pure curiosity and what you have stated in your post. Yep, there are lots of stuff that seem questionable and I see My Little Pony characters more than a few times. That's only on their front page and you know what? I'm staying out of there for the sake of my eyes.

I rarely ever get on deviantart, and when I do it's only to look at Pequedark-Velvet's fanmade Pokemon. I wouldn't dare look for more than a few seconds at the homepage lol


Also there are quite a few MLP things on there??? Like what even?

The new layout for DeviantArt looks fine to me, seems easy enough to navigate so far. I even found my old account that I haven't posted on for a very long time lol (partly cause I'm afraid of art thieves...)

I've always hated deviantart. I just went on there to check out the new layout (it's pretty bad imo). I was scrolling becuse most of the art seemed normal for once, but then I was greeted by drawings of an obese woman and Pokemon farting.

Honestly I preferred the "nude art" things they always had front before to this crap lol

I was never really a fan of DeviantArt. Although there was a time where I thought for a moment
to become active there (= making a account), but then decided to not doing it just because of how
weird this place is. The amount of strange MS Paint drawings that mostly contains popular cartoon
characters doing... not so kid friendly things (to say it that way)... Yeah, no thanks. The new layout
also kinda looks boring.
