DevilFalls reached 3 stars today! I didn't want to check until I got all 10 villagers because I wanted all of them to be at the concert. Robin moved in today, so I asked Isabelle about the rating and we did it!

I moved Amelie's house to the beach so I can move it up to the cliffs after I unlock terraforming. I want her house to be on the third level maybe next to the big waterfall I plan to create.

The only permanent residents so far are Cole, Zell, Tasha, and maybe Winnie. The others I plan to let go at some point. I didn't start letting anyone move out on Goose Isle until 5-6 months after I started so it may take a while for me to be ready.

I was going to add a third character today after getting inspired last night, but I think I'll wait a couple days. Now I'm going to be busy with other stuff on the island.

I just got Winnie's photo! She's the first to give me her photo.

Final island map before terraforming.

I've already removed the whole top part of the river and both waterfalls, and then later I'll work on changing the cliffs and rebuilding the waterfalls. I've never done this much terraforming before. It's fun! I'm still stressing a little about "ruining" my island, but the whole point of getting a second island was so I could terraform without worrying about it.

I visited Goose Isle's dream. It was so cool to see my island from the summer and some of my old villagers who have moved out. I forgot how green the grass and trees are. Also I really miss Vivian

I've done some more terraforming and I seem to be making a mess of the island. Hopefully I can get the cliffs and everything to look right. I want Myrnin's house to be in a hidden area surrounded by cliffs, and I dug out some space for it, but it doesn't look the way I imagined it. Maybe it will look better once I move the house into the spot. I'm moving Amelie's house today so I can't move his until tomorrow.

I got photos from Zell and Hamlet!

I thought it was so cool that Lilith's tent had snow on it. She might upgrade to a house tomorrow if I remember to play her later.

I found a trick that is super easy to make perfect snowboys, so Amelie got it on the first try today!

I was so excited to share it with people, but no one cares about it.

My post is mostly ignored.

I just need photos from Reneigh, Olive, Butch, and Robin and then I'll have all of them. Though I plan to start moving some of my villagers out maybe in January. So far Hamlet is the only one I could move out. Once I get their photos I can let Reneigh, Olive, and Robin leave as well.

Yesterday Roald showed up at the campsite, and it took about an hour to get him to pick Hamlet.

I'll really miss him! If he wasn't stuck with a sleeping bag I might've kept him longer. I'm not sure why he and Reneigh still had sleeping bags in their houses because my starters on my main island got beds. I'll probably kick Reneigh next whenever I get the moveout bubble.

I got Olive's photo yesterday, and today I got Robin's photo! Now I only need photos from Butch and Roald. The next time I get the move out bubble, I'll try to get it on either Robin, Reneigh, or Olive.

Also Lilith recently upgraded her house to the bigger room. This was before.

Villager hunting!

I was looking for Cherry or Agnes, but after almost 4 hours and 76 tickets, I invited Fuchsia instead. I like that she's wearing the same dress as Reneigh. I'll only keep her until I get her photo. I need more photos of non-permanent villagers anyways so I can make a bigger graveyard.

3 months on DevilFalls! (I meant to do one of these every month, but forgot last month)

The current map

My villagers: Cole, Winnie, Olive, Zell, Tasha, Butch, Hamphrey, Robin, Roald, Fuchsia

I haven't done much decorating lately because I don't feel inspired anymore. I want to leave the island with lots of empty space, minimal flowers and maybe no paths because I love having lots of space to run around. Also I really dislike Fuchsia's bright pink house and it's making it harder to decorate. I knew it was pink before inviting her because I always look up potential villager houses, but I wasn't sure how much it would bother me. As it turns out, it bothers me a lot. I can't wait to get her photo so I can kick her out.
