Sorry this isn't an offer post, but I do feel like you've been unnecessarily aggressive and yes, obviously mercenary while denying it.
It's not a problem
being mercenary, but you have little guidelines to even make it look fair - you have no end date since she's not even moving out yet. If you're looking for highest offers, which you clearly are, you should have made it an auction. With no end date, it makes it pretty obvious you'll only really be willing to 'close the deal' if it hits your ideal target of (things worth) around 35mil, or if you really have no choice but to take what's been offered because you have no other options.
People try to settle the deal early not only to get their dreamies, but also to move on with their ACNL lives and worry about their slots filling up. It's not
disallowed of course, but it is inconsiderate of you to expect them to wait and wait for you to decide on what satisfies you as their other dreamies pop up, and their assets are tied to their offer for Diana.
I would suggest that for more transparency and less confusion, that you TT to Diana's moving date and make it an actual auction with a time limit, and what you'd like offered. I regularly alert people to their dreamies for sale, but I filter out ones that seem too nebulous and/or skewed unfairly to the seller's favour. This thread is one of them, and that's why there is criticism. Also, this is one of the most generous AC forums you'll find and your thread and responses just give me a vibe of no goodwill. It's fine to want the best deals, but if you're selling, you gotta have the buyer's interests and convenience in mind too.
Rubyy, congrats on getting Diana! I was looking out for her to notify you when I saw your posts here.
