did they add more design slots yet?

i have not played in months.. i stopped playing when autumn was just about to start

Nope. They don't update a ton, and there've been two updates since autumn (Halloween and Turkey/Toy Day), and more design slots wasn't part of either, sadly Some fun new events, though! But those were the main focus of both updates.
