to send tbt: click the amount of "bells" the user you're sending the tbt to (under their profile image/where it says their post count). that should open a popup that has the username filled out already and all you have to do is fill out the amount and hit donate

let me know if you have any questions! and feel free to send the tbt after you pick bob up to ensure he safely gets to you c:
