I'm having so much trouble finding the last foil so I decided to cut down every tree in town, determine the last digspot, reload and get it. But after I resetted and loaded the game, the digspot, at the location before resetting, wasn't there anymore! So I'm wondering if the digspots are randomized after closing the game and reload it.
