Okay, so I just completed my first actual attempt at a Diorama Effect, and I figured I'd show you guys.

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Before Image</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">
Before.png
</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Result</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">
After.png
</div>

Thoughts? C&C Please.

What I'd recommend for you is a picture that has a set elevation (High pointing down to low). If you don't do it from that angle, it doesn't give the effect. This just looks like it was blurred on the sides.

Another pointer would be to include objects that would normally be large, say a house or car, to fully implement the effect.

Try this image for your second attempt.

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Baseball Stadium</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">

Sorry to say but you screwed up your IMG code. Here I'll fix it for you.

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Spoiler: click to toggle</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">
wallpaper_070403b.jpg
</div>

<div class='spoiler_toggle'>Baseball Stadium Result</div><div class="spoiler" style="display:none;">
BBallStadiumAfter.png
</div>

@Nic

Uh, the IMG code was fine.
