Day 69! Today, I learned three things about myself.
1. I am a self proclaimed stud muffin.
2. I am the king of motivational speaking
3. I am the master at burns.
You may be curious right now, so I will go ahead and explain my reasons for these. First of all, stud muffin. Before lunch, this one girl was about to leave. She was hugging all of her friends goodbye, and I was awkwardly standing by. I held out my arms for the heck of it and she turned toward me. After being prodded by her friends, and hesitating, I got a hug! It was pretty cool! I think it was the second time a girl who wasn't in my family hugged me! Therefore, I am a stud muffin. Second, motivational speaking. We had an Algebra test yesterday, so I decided to prepare everybody with a motivational speech about never giving up. Some key points were A. We are lucky to be able to take tests, B. Famous people, like Napolean and Barry Bonds never gave up. C. Even if you fail, you will still be loved. Pretty deep. Some told me that the speech made them motivated, others felt inspired, some were freaked out, and one was depressed by it. Oh well, I still think it went well. Finally, master of burns. My friend gave me a hug before he left school, no idea why. Afterwards, I looked at him and said "Sweet, I've been hugged by TWO girls today!" Needless to say, he started attacking me. The funniest part was we just had a discussion about anti-bullying... And my teacher said "Ohh, that was a good burn." after I said it. Pretty awesome. And there you have it, the three ways I discovered myself. Besides those, today was a pretty average day. Not too much exciting happened. It was my first weekday that I didn't have musical practice, which was cool and sad at the same time. Oh well, I have too much to look forward to to dwell on the past. Anyway, I'll seeya all tomorrow!
Question of the day: How many people of the opposite gender (not counting family) have you hugged? Good luck beating my astounding 2!
PS: To add a bit of flair to my blog, as well as help myself, I'm going to start countdowns! Many of the dates I'll countdown to only affect myself, some affect everyone, and some only affect a small crowd. If there's any date you want me to throw in (game release, holiday, something else important) let me know!
Days until my Bon Jovi concert: 52
Days until the 3DS is released: 6
Days until I leave for DC: 6
