iPad = pointless if you own an iTouch. It's extremely over priced 64GB with Wi-fi and 3G is $850 for that price buy a laptop. Over-all it's really pointless but if you don't own an itouch and don't care about portability, get the cheaper version.

Lastly, using the iPad as a phone makes you look like a prick.

also, I just tl;dr'd the whole thing, thinking it was somebody who just bought an ipad and thought it was the greatest thing since the touch/phone. oh wait, it's bigger! OH SH-

sadly, my aunt/cousin have one (one, not one each, i think/hope @_@) along with a bunch of other useless/overpriced apple crap.

uh... not to flame, or anything... but isn't it just a bigger ipod touch/iphone? maybe a little more powerful, processing wise...

and, in that sense, it's just a thin touch screen device, yes?

Eh, I have one, only because my dad got me one. (My dad lives in Virginia, I only see him every 5 years, i absolutly hate him, court orders him to see me, blah blah blah the blog tree.)

I don't really use it...
But I love the games for it. :3

Other than the games it's pretty pointless. You can't even use iTouch apps for it.

Although I do like Apple/Macs. I have both a Mac and a PC and I like my Mac a hell of alot more. I don't use my PC unless I absolutely have too.
