Do you care about what umbrella your villager has?

Looking more into the villagers, I find that umbrellas also defines the villager's style.

For example: Zoe's strawberry umbrella goes really well with her style.

I've definitely gifted umbrellas before. The only bad thing is that they sometimes will display it in their house, but now that we can redecorate their homes, it's not so much a problem anymore.

I really don’t care what umbrella my villager uses. I’ll let my villagers use whatever umbrella they want. I’m not bothered by what my villagers do or wear.

Meh I can care less about their umbrellas. Its nothing important to me and I should not have to judge them based on what color they use.

It's just a nice touch to their design, in my opinion.
Annalisa is the only one with a Cherry blossom umbrella by default. I guess I'm a sucker for brellas.

I avoid gifting items to my villagers because I want to keep them as original as possible.

I've never cared about that. To be honest, I forget they even have their own umbrellas most of the time, lol.

Hadn't even occurred to me that we could gift them new ones to use! I figured they just used default ones, because that would be easier to program or something, I don't know. Now that I know, I do care, and I will be gifting umbrellas for sure.

I love umbrellas and always check the store for new ones, some of my friends gift me them too because they know its a thing i'm into ha! but I don't mind which ones my villagers have, it's quite unique and interesting looking forward to seeing what they get upto on the island and if the colour scheme matches.

Yeah, I was more bothered than I thought I would be when I saw Cookie had a blue shiny-bows parasol so I gave her the pink variant and now I'm extra happy when I see her carrying it around bc it matches her so much better imo. It's definitely one of those little things that makes a big difference for me.

I wish you can put custom umbrellas in the Able store.
I want my villagers to hold a Gamecube umbrella or something.

honestly ,, i like gifting my villagers umbrellas because i like to see them walking around the island holding them on rainy/snowy days and in an odd way it makes me feel appreciated that theyre using my gift :]

Unless I see something that works really well with them, not really. I don't even care for my own umbrella.

I don't care what umbrella they're using. I think I'd rather leave it to being random, than me trying to control every aspect. It gives them some sort of personality.
