I feel the need to say:
I cook a sauce to go with ramen (flavor packet, soy sauce, ginger, cayanne pepper, pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch-mix cornstarch with water), just put the ingredients in a small pan on low heat while your ramen cooks, cook and stir occassionally whilst ramen cooks. When ramen is ready, turn heat off, let set, drain ramen with strainer then put it on a plate, pour sauce and mix ^_^ Delicious!!
Or you could boil water, put in ramen and flavor packet then put it in a bowl...that works too.

Why even spend $2 on ramen, you're better off just eating random garbage you find off the floor

I actually had noodles today lmao ^w^

I don't separately cook my noodles lmao. I eat my instant ramen in my cup as is.
or for ramyun packs, I just cook the noodles and dump all the packets and cook it as is. No draining needed.

The kind of ramen noodles I buy come with flavouring and sauces so it makes sense for me to drain it through a strainer. Oh, and I mix the noodles with rice because it makes you more full.

Excuse me? How dare you compare ramen to random garbage on the floor? RGOTF is the best thing since pink crocs with socks and I will not stand here and watch you compare something as horrible as ramen to flavor island a.k.a random garbage on the floor. Ok? :C

I was always taught to use fresh water after cooking the noodles in boiling water, so yes i drain it. If you ever notice, the water is murky after cooking the noodles.
