Do you guys think Gracie could still return or this is it?

I guess the chances are pretty low that she will come back and getting her own shop. Kinda disappointed, as I would have loved it to see her coming back along with maybe a new collection of fancy items, but I guess like someone mentioned already here Labelle now took her spot. I mean, at least you can scan her amiibo and invite her with this way to the game, which is better than nothing.

This makes me wonder if the next mainline animal crossing game will go back to the big city but instead you're the mayor (again) in charge of a big city and its your job to make sure everything is built.

i'm here for this to change locations a little.

Labelle clearly took Gracie's place in this game. Yeah, it's very watered down now, but there's no point (thematically speaking) in having two characters that are all about fashion in a game like this. I agree that Gracie doesn't fit in NH. Honestly, I think she only fits one game, and that's City Folk.

Tbf, they did a similar thing with a bunch of other characters and then brought them back in the update.

I don't really mind Gracie not being around. It's good that they change up NPCs and their roles because it makes each game different. It only really annoys me when their features aren't present at all even though they'd make the game more fun.

I do not see her returning, but think it's a real shame she didn't. :/

I'm assuming no since apparently this was our last big update. Not sure if she'd count as a smaller update or not. I do miss her furniture series.
