There are variants of both Sinistea and Polteageist in the new Teal Mask DLC for Scarlet & Violet called Poltchageist and Sinistcha. Matcha instead of tea, different design concepts, etc. Despite what the name would lead one to believe, Sinistcha is actually the evolved form.
