It's excellent.
People just don;t accept it because it seems too childish, and i'll agree it was a little awkward. But it's still a great game. It's a nice concept, but it needs some DLC goodness and it'll be perfect. Gosh, you guys beat up on Nintendo for a game you haven't even played yet.

And FYI, if it comes in a case that has the word Wii on it, and it plays on the disc channel, then that qualifies as a game.

Well, basically you have to press the buttons at the same time of the beat or something, I'm not entirely sure. It looks fun.

I was just about to make a topic about this.

I ended up playing it at a friend's house last night. We are both musically inclined, so we had a great deal of fun. I can see why people bash it - it represents Nintendo's angle to the "casual gamers", and requires "no skill". But that's not the point. It really was an enjoyable game.
