Do you register K.K. songs you get or display them?

Tbh it took me probably a little too long to realize registering songs was even an option but even since then I still find myself plastering the walls of one room with my collection like a gallery. A villager gifted me a duplicate of one I already had so I used that to experiment with the register feature, and I will say, I can definitely see the perks of having a bunch of different songs registered and available. Anything I’ve seen so far talking about it seems like it’s really just a matter of preference but now I’m curious, do you register songs or display them? Also if you have any specific reason or interesting tidbit etc that you’d like to share I’d be glad to hear it!

I instantly register all of the newly acquired songs. Duplicates get displayed or stored normally.

I always register them! But I do have a few duplicates for putting on the walls.

I register them all. Right now I don’t have any on displayed but depending on what ideas I come up with for both my islands, I may display the ones I order now that I have them all registered. They do look really good as wall decoration; I think I’ve used some in my HHP designs.

I register them all, though I don't play all of them. I have only specific ones playing in some locations around my island. Mainly Love song, which is always on in my plaza ♡

Then Chill Wave by the museum, and Lovers at the Twendy/Creek coffee hangout.

Yes I register all of them when I get a new one, then listen to the song. The covers are nice to look at every once in a while and I have one on display in a basement room.

I always register. I'll get duplicates if the cover art has an amazing design and display those.

I've always just registered them but now that I think about it, it would have been fun to make a music room and display them all in the order I received them.

I always register them straight away. I don’t usually display them but sometimes I do if I’m redecorating my villagers’ houses or playing HHP. I feel like they’re best on walls, and I get kind of overwhelmed decorating my own house. So they go in the villager houses, but I don’t actually own them. So I guess I just register them lol

I always like to register them first. If I happen to get any duplicates I display them if I like the cover art otherwise just sell.

I usually register the first copy of a K.K. song that I get, and then I might use any duplicates for decoration depending on their cover art.

Both. I play my favorites in different rooms and play my all time favorite as a music box song.

Register new songs. There's a spot on my beach with a stereo and a chair that I always change to whatever song KK played for me that week.

Always register. But it's fun to display extras too
