I don't use it... but it could be an idea to put like 50tbt everyday so it would build up over time.

I used it for all of 3 days then found it pointless, I know what I want to spend my tbt on and what I don't so i have enough control NOT to spend it.

I used to use it a lot when I had 100k TBT bells but now I'm #broke so it doesn't matter.
