Does any one know where I can find a complete list and how to of hybrid flowers?

I've googled it but every website says a different thing and it's getting confusing. One list of them all world be nice. I know it's unlikely since the game is still new but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Thanks in advance.

To put it simply, plant the required flower color diagonally next to each other and water them daily.
