does anybody know if attending somebody else's kk concert counts towards the nook mile challenge?

hi! has anyone tried attending a kk concert at another's town? did you notice the "K.K mania" nook challenge go up? I believe if you've been playing since launch (without tting) and visiting kk every week you should be at 6. so if you have more than 6 and you don't tt i think you can assume visiting another's island does work

I ask because literally what in freshly baked hell, to get the final reward for that challenge you have to visit ONE HUNDRED concerts! that's almost 2 YEARS of religiously attending concerts. so if anyone knows this works, im gonna start paying people to let me attend their concert. thanks man

edit: also just to clarify, I can confirm it's not like the K.K TPC badge in new leaf where you just had to spam songs from him on the same day and it goes up, they have to be individual concerts. I sat up for a long time one night listening to his songs and still only have 6 so I can confirm that's not it

Yikes, 100 is a lot. If it does count, I'm certainly visiting others!
