I'm not sure if you're still looking for seasonal grass patterns, but I found this pattern! Although not all months are included, the creator (MA-8877-8483-6699) has patterns for March, April, September, October, November, and December.
EDIT: In case you're interested in designing it yourself, here's a tutorial on how to make your own grass pattern! You'd be able to fill in the missing months that way! This link gives you the colour scheme for one of the summer months I believe!
