does celeste usually show up for yall when you have a star shower?

im on my third one right now and shes never been in my town for any of them. i only got the wand recipe because she came to my brothers town once. has anyone else had trouble meeting her?

i had shooting stars yesterday but not a meteor shower and celeste wasn't there!

the first time i had a shower, i didn’t see celeste at all and the first time she showed up, there were no shooting stars. she came again last night and i had a mini shower but nothing major aha
