Does the update drop the SAME TIME worldwide?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's based on Japan. In the United States, it's usually the evening before the official date if I'm remembering correctly.

That's been my experience so far (and I'm also 100% okay with that arragement, lol). Unless they choose to do this one differently, I believe it should release at exactly the same time for everyone, regardless of the "actual" time in that time zone.

Not sure how it'll be if you get it with NSO but if you're purchasing it separately you can pre-order it on the 29th!
