I haven't heard too much about the domain lately. I haven't seen any recent posts, and main.the-bell-tree.org still looks the same, unwritten. So, has a problem came up, or something? Why has the work stopped?

It was deleted, unfortunately, but will be worked on again once we get some down time from school and stuff.
The domain has some good and bad news.
We can't put the forum on the site, but we can do this:
