Japan is a very hi-tec area! They are also very smart and good with technology...They normally are the first to get new games...and I think most of our games are shipped here from Japan! I REALLY WANT DLC HERE TO! THAT WOULD BE SO COOL!

First of all, NO.
The red pikmin hat WAS NOT actually in the game's programming. There is a seperate file that stores the DLC. The only DLC ever avaialble was the red pikmin hat, and the spinning top. You cannot get these by hacking. I know this because there are no item values, of which every single item in the game itself. I went through this list multiple times, and there is no red Pikmin hat or spinning top. If you google something like "ACCF Master Item List" you can find all the items have numbers or letter next to them. But you won't find the red pikmin hat or the spinning top, that I guarantee. Meaning that yes, this is actual, downloadable content.

Those two items DO have values in the game. When I was hacking on my friend's Wii, I was able to get those items. They're in the data, unlike the red Pikmin and top. I'm pretty sure you can get them at Nook's, too, so I don't know why Nintendo sent them out. Maybe because it was official milk day in Japan? (jk, lol) Anyway, the milk case and ice cream cart ARE NOT DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT. Just normal items that Nintendo decided to send in the mail, just like how Nintendo occasionally sent out items in the mail in Wild World. There was NO DLC in Wild World.

lol true because dlc is just like downloading a game from wii shop because it takes up space on the wii cause on ghwt(guitar hero worl tour) i downloaded sum songs from it and they took up alot of space on my wii

why do people call it down loadable content? your not downloading it, your just receiving a letter from Nintendo with an exclusive item, just like they did in Wild World. Also there will be letters for the US. Europe, Japan, and the Koreans got it why not us?
