I want the quality to be like this:
Willing to pay as much up to 200 tbt c:
I want this to be next to my sig so I want it to be nice as possible <3
I want the hair to be as long as hers and also my dress as ruffled as in the pic (I don't want a pony tail)`
My eyes will be blue and I'll be wearing a crown along with a QR dress
The only things I don't want from the pic is the ears,stars,horns and the pattern on her forehead I also would like the drawing to be transparent ^-^
