Draw my Mayor?

I am working on making my signature and i decided i wanted my mayor in it. I would prefer a chibi but i will just end up choosing what ever one i like best. Remember it can't be too big then, thank you and lets see if anyone would like to help me! i dont have really any tbt so you would kinda have to do this out of being kind hearted
