Dream address that aren’t too overboard??

I’m really struggling with designing my island cause I want to make it pretty but still very easy to do everyday things like catch bugs, dig up fossils and chase balloons without everything being in the way.

I’ve seen some really beautiful islands but they are way too overboard for me so I was wondering if you guys have some dream addresses to share that are nice but easy to get around.

Also, I totally agree, OP. Seen some amazing islands, but when I have to navigate it like a maze....takes some of the joy out of dreaming

I modelled my island of Flandehuun on a University Town - Beardo and Elvis are the Headmasters of Dumb Boy Academy, looking after and educating all the Lazy Boys. Being able to easily navigate the space was very important to me, I too dislike when running around becomes a chore!

Here are some of my favorites that I personally did not find overboard. I don’t have any visuals, sorry.

Hobowire’s — @Hobowire inspired me so much. His island had a lot on it but I never had any lag issues. I love how his designs were outside the box (I like designs that aren’t but his designs really impressed me). Special areas of note are santa’s workshop town, haunted house. He also made a movie studio in one of his houses .

Oak’s I haven’t visited his or @WaileaNoRei’s in awhile. But, both were nice on the eyes and had wonderful atmosphere, not to mention extremely creative. @oak ’s focus seemed to be a rural area and @WaileaNoRei’s was asian themed.

I am unsure if Pyoopi has one, but you can see what her island looks like at her journal. Her island has a “tropical island paradise/nightmare vibe (nightmare to her villagers).”

Sorry. It has been awhile since i visited most and am terrible describing them. All to me are worth checking out
