How do you feel about edible glitter on your food?
Edible glitter has been around for a while.. or at least metallic icing has anyway. I think they are made of the same thing that caused the sparkle. It has becoming more popular. Sometimes I see photos or shorts about people putting edible glitter in their drinks and food and it just kinda made me wonder how much glitter is too much? How often is too often?

I'm gonna go with never, just because I'm not familiar with it and don't trust that it's safe to consume, despite it saying so. Obviously I'm probably missing out on the fun aspect but I'm just... hesitant lol

So I'm not sure about store bought glitter, but there's several ways to make it. Basically using cane sugar, gelatin powder, or gums often used in fondants/icing. You dye them, crunch them up, et voilà. Or something like that.

Personally, I wouldn't mind small bits of it, but desserts and stuff are usually sweet enough as they are lol.

Oh I see! So it's basically just sugar! Nothing as scary as how my brain makes it seem lol. That's neat!

I have never even had it before and like Corrie, didn't know what it is either. My answer is probably going to stay as never for a while because my family doesn't buy it.

I have never tried it and probably never will! 🤣
Dutch Bros has some shimmery drink, maybe I’ll try it once
