Okay here we go I actually have a full story for this one.

Way back in the Gamecube days I had played Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness before Colosseum, so I had no idea about the parents from that game and their Espeon/Umbreon.
Pokemon XD was weird because it gave you the option of sun dust and moon shard in addition to the stones at the time.

Now, I had absolutely no idea what an Eevee even was at this stage of my life because I was a wee tot who had only touched Ruby and Sapphire on GBA before this. Therefore, I was choosing an Eeveelution blindly. My brain saw Espeon and was like:
"That One!"
And Espeon has been my favorite ever since. 💜
 
My favorite Eeveelution is Vaporeon! It was the first Eeveelution I ever had, all the way back in Pokémon Firered, and I never stopped loving it’s design. I bet they would be super fun to have as companions in real life!

I would love to see a Ghost-type Eevee one day! I think it could potentially have a really cool look, and I love Ghost type Pokemon and how creepy-cute they can be.

Leafeon always stuck out to me as the best eeveelution. I find the color choices on it incredibly relaxing. I've also always wondered if the little sprouts around it's neck could grow in to full leaves to give it a more eevee-like mane except made of leaves? If I could design a Pokemon game I would definitely make that a thing that could just happen randomly. ...Maybe make it change for different seasons like sawsbuck does? Hire me, gamefreak.

As for what type I'd like to see next? Easily bug. Bug is such an underrated type and combining a mammal with an insect could make for some really funky looking designs. I don't think Pokemon has done something like that yet? I have a heavy bias for the bug type though so I'd take just about anything they end up making. I only have about 2 bug types I don't like.

My favorite eeveelution has to be between Sylveon and Umbreon. I like Sylveon because it's so cute and Umbreon just for its design too.
 
I don't like eeveelutions generally (don't kill me Panda, we've had this discussion ;) ) but strategically you can't go wrong with a wall Vaporeon, or a stall Umbreon. Jolteon and Espeon do have their glass cannon uses though. I really wanted to like Leafeon when they were first revealed...

I've been waiting on a ghost eeveelution for a long time...mainly because the backstory would have to explain how eevee died during evolution...and I think Wraitheon has a nice ring to it.

Don't count this as an official entry Panda, I don't want to win, I just wanted to feel included ;)
 
Thanks so much for the giveaway! I too am so very excited for D and P. It was the game that my husband and I first managed to meet each other over. (Noticed we were playing the same game at the same location and started nerding it up) I was Diamond and he was pearl.

That said, my absolute favorite Eevolution is Leafeon. I just don't know what there isnt to love about him. Hes a strong attacker, an attractive grass type, it's shiny form is gorgeous and hes just so underrated. I almost never see him used. I had Leafeon on my original Diamond Roster and I try to use him whenever possible.

For future hopeful releases, I really would like to see Ghost or Flying. Ghosts almost always have some sort of sad or spooky backstory so I feel bad about asking for one. But, eventually I would like to see all elements being included because we need our Eevee Overlord (Eevolord) to conquer them all! As for flying, well I just think it that visual concept for a flying Eevee might be pretty darn cute.

My favorite Pokemon ever is Jolteon, I love electric type Pokemon and they have such flare. Something about those spiky little puppies just can't be beat. 🥰

I'm not sure what kind of Eeveeloution I'd want next. All of my favorite types are covered, so I guess I'd really like to see what a bug type one would look like because my brother would love that! c:

Mine is a tie for sylveon and leafeon! sylveon because i kin them hard. leafeon because they’re ADORABLE

I want to see a ghost type eeveelution!! would be absolutely sick.
