It is more than just talking to your neighbors, you should be sending gifts, not lying to your neighbors, not pushing your neighbors, or putting pitfalls down while they are walking, so they fall in them (That is really fun to do lol...Sometimes I like to place a pitfall, then push them into it)

i send them letters and gifts and i dont do anything mean or cruel to them....
