I actually really love 8 bit music. A lot of great music in the early days. One of my favorites being the entire soundtrack for Ninja Gaiden.

I don't know if covers count, but the above Metal Gear video made me want to share this. Gives me so many emotions. <3

I feel like this game doesn't get enough praise. I love Journey so much and the soundtrack is just truly lovely. Very calming, with a couple of pieces to really bring out emotion or to make you feel upbeat.
