Could this be a possible new building?

Ok, here it is: Casinos.

Lyle would leave the "insurance agency" and start up a casino. This would be a easy, or bad, way to make money. You could even play with friends and bet with each other. Play poker, or the wheel with the ball thing, or just go solo with slots.

Another feature could be donating to the casino for rewards, but very costly. It would be like Boondox.
10,000 - Insurance
15,000 - Game added to casno
20,000 - Game given to you
40,000 - Game added to casino
60,000- Game given to you
100,000 - Game added to casino
500,000 - Game given to you
1,000,000 - You get the Casino Model! Congratulations.

Appearance would be jetblack, with flashing Casino letters on top.
