Here's a tip: an uchi always seems to recommend it. This time it was Agnes the uchi pig in my town of London.

Oh sad day, I just realized that I needed a cranky villager to recommend all the public works projects I want...and it's going to take an enormous amount of TTing to get that 10th villager out while keeping the remaining 9. Please, give Gladys to Silversea.
