Tier 1 Villagers are about... 3Mill-10Mill Bells in value.
So I suppose roughly around 5 Mill would be my goal?
I think NMT's usually sell at 200k Bells.

I wanna give them a chance to reply first, but if they don't respond soon-ish or don't wanna accept my counter offer, then I would be happy to accept the 20 NMT for Fauna!
