Which NPCs from both Splatoon and Splatoon 2 are your favorites and also least favorites?
I really like Annie and Cap'n Cuttlefish. Annie is such a cute character and I do like her personality a lot. As for Cap'n Cuttlefish, I just love how silly and ridiculous he sometimes is. Especially the rap battles between him and Pearl in the Octo Expansion are just gold and how he became the "hype man" while you have to fight against Commander Tartar.
Speaking of Commander Tartar, he's by far my least favorite character in the game. Not just because he's the enemy of the game, but also because he is just so annoying and... Ugh.
