Favorite animal(s)?

Hippo. They’re the cutest animal imo and they’re thicc killing machines.

My favorite animals are sharks, especially goblin sharks, but I love any sharks. I'm fascinated by underwater creatures and I think sharks are so beautiful, graceful, and powerful.

I also tend to love animals that others may not like. Every creature deserves to be loved by somebody.

I have definitely become a dog person. Whilst I love my cats, when I got my dog, she just became like a family member in ways that the cats couldn't - like I can involve my dog in a lot of my plans, whereas cats tend to do their own thing and it's hard to take them on adventures haha. I love being able to include my dog in so many things. I am so nervous at night (due to past trauma), but having her there (she's a stereotypical scary breed) relieves me a lot as she's an excellent guard dog, plus I know if the worst happened and anyone got in again, either the sight of her would scare them off or she would just destroy them.

My favorite animal growing up was always panda bears, and whilst I still love them, they're not my favorite anymore. My absolute favorite are flamingoes, but elephants are a close second! In fact, my dorm room this year is going to have an elephant theme. I'd say peafowl are third, but I just love all birds, tbh...

Snakes, Crows and Ravens, and Opossums are at the very top. Reptiles have been an obsession since I was a kid and I hope to have a few as pets some day. I love animals in general though and like learning anything about them.

If you would've asked me this years ago I would've said Red Pandas, Cats, and Foxes. But currently the animal I advocate for the most are Opossums, I feel like they're so misunderstood. Opossums are the ONLY marsupial native to the Americas, like how cools is that?! It may just be me, but I find it really cool that we have our own native marsupial, their body temperature is usually quite low so they don't carry as many diseases as some people think they do. They also have prehensile tails that allow them to sometimes carry leaves or hang from tree branches... and baby Opossums hanging for branches are insanely cute in my book lol

These are insects but I also really like isopods, especially the 'powder orange' species/morph.

I kind of like most animals to be honest. Like I might think one is cute currently because they are present, but then I might go to some petstore and see a bunch of baby mice or ferrets and think they're super cute.

Frogs are the best. They're so varied and cute. and deadly!

I like lots of different sorts of animals but frogs are the best. bats are really cool, too (sky puppies!)

So my two favorite animals are cats, I've always loved cats and I've grown up with cats my entire life and while they may not be as adventerous as dogs they do love to cuddle and some of them like to go on walks (I had a cat that would go on walks with us and he really enjoyed it and was such a patient cat. I miss him a lot.) I am also obsessed with sea otters, I think that they are so cute even though I know they aren't the most friendly creatures out there.

frogs. they're cute and can be extremely poisonous. they can range from the color of mud and trees to bright neon and black in the rainforest.

cute but deadly. that's amazing.

I love tortoises!!! I love them so much. I'd love to own one someday but I know they're a lot of work and I'd be nervous that I wouldn't be a good tortoise owner. But man, I love them. I think they're so cute and interesting I also really love elephants! I've been watching a lot of baby elephant videos lately and oh my gosh they're so silly, I love them. They always make me laugh when I watch videos about them!

I love cats, raccoons and hedgehogs. Also started to like frogs and toads more.

koalas, kangaroos, and giraffes! don’t know why but i was always obsessed with them when i was younger. i also love many reptiles and and a few sea mammals as well. everyone always tells me i should work as a wildlife biologist since im so fond of animals haha.

My favorite animals are owls and foxes. I also like penguins, pandas, koalas, hedgehogs, parrots, wolves, ferrets, chinchillas, rabbits, monkeys, horses, turtles, hummingbirds, seals, flying squirrels, pigs, deer, elephants, peacocks, and gorillas.
