Favorite movie?

Song of the Sea. It’s a gorgeous movie about Irish fair folk (it focuses on selkies in particular-thats a major plus for me!) I listen to the soundtrack all the time.

The original Blade Runner. I just love the dystopian feel and imagery. The plot also deviates from a regular “action” movie and provides memorable storylines for each of the characters.

Y’all have some AMAZING taste 🥰 Reservoir Dogs and Dead Poets Society have been my interchanging no.1 favourites for yearsss. Cringe 😬

WALL-E is definitely my favorite movie. It just never gets old. It's special to me because it was probably the first movie I got into when it came out. For my 5th birthday like a month or so after it came out, I got all the merchandise: a WALL-E toy, a blanket, a birthday card, one of those kids books. I still have the blanket to this day. I haven't really watched it many times actually, don't have Disney+ and lost the DVD I got years ago. But I saw it again at school on freshmen year and that movie still amazes me. It almost feels like an adventure, especially the transition from the polluted Earth to the Hi-Tech space shuttle. It also really captured the humanity and love really well too. Lol I don't think any other movie can beat WALL-E as my favorite.

My favorite movie of all-time is Sidney Lumet's 1957 film "12 Angry Men".

I would write an essay listing some of the many reasons why. I encourage anyone who hasn't seen it to give it a try. It's as culturally relevant when it came out as it is today.

I don't think I could ever narrow down a favorite favorite, so I'll just list a few that I love for different reasons!
  • Spirited Away
  • Martyrs (2008)
  • The Karate Kid (1984)
  • I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore
  • The Kindergarten Teacher
  • Midsommar
  • La Vie d'Adèle

It's hard to pick one, but if I had to I'd probably go with Ferris Bueller's Day Off. It's cool because it can be "just" an 80s teen flick if you want, but also there are emotional and "deep" aspects to the storyline that are just great.

One of my favourites of all time has to be Terminator 2. Just love the action sequences in that movie.

I like to rewatch a good amount of movies but the ones I can think of right now are:

- Paddington
- Nightmare Before Christmas
- The Cable Guy
- Saving Private Ryan
- Fight Club
- Jeepers Creepers 1/2
- Hotarubi no Mori e

I highly recommend Hotarubi no Mori e if you’re an anime fan, it’s pretty short but It’s such a sad movie 😔

Jojo Rabbit, its an absolute masterpiece!

I'm more of a TV show person than a movie person, but if I had to pick I think it would maybe be an animated film, like "The Iron Giant" or "Spirited Away"

Favorite movie right now has to be Holes, DCOM from 2003

Yes, it is the movie with Shia Labeouf and I honestly can't get enough of that kid in the early Disney years. His acting is cute, quirky, iconic, lovely, and wonderful to enjoy.
I've seen this movie, no doubt, about 6 dozen times. I promise that is not an exaggeration, I love the movie and now that it's on Disney+ I've seen it at least 3 times a month since then.

The whole story is so interesting, everything just connects in such an odd way you wouldn't think of until the end, not that it's a huge major twist or anything, but that show gives me chills each time and it's so cheesy!
