No joke, I appreciate my hips. That's the only thing that I don't feel uncomfortable about with my image.
Other things that I like about myself is that I'm pretty open-minded, imaginative, and a weird/funny person
People always tell me that I have beautiful eyes, and I agree. They're round and slant just slightly down on the outer corner. I have really straight top eyelashes but I'm alright with it, and my lower lashes look really cute.
I mostly get complimented on my eye colour.
My scleras are a nice white and my irises are a rich, saturated light brown that I might describe as "milk chocolate and honey" with a thin ring of dark brown around the outside.
I also love the shape of my forearms. Whenever I do lat pulldowns I watch my forearms. I think they're beautiful.
My hair is really pretty, I love my skin (I used to get bad acne so I take extra good care of it), I have naturally long lashes, I can read books fast and am at a college reading level, I have a nice sense of humor... I'm confident in general and I like that about myself too.
I like my hair when it's long and in its full glory. I grow it out to my butt then cut it off to my ears every few years, it helps me appreciate its luscious brunette hair-yness.
I also like my back dimples :3 they're cute and I enjoy seeing them in the mirror.
Also my stomach is hella rad. Like that sounds awfully conceited but hey, it's the only section of my body that is nice. I (by some miracle) never gain fat on my stomach. It's very flat and toned (despite my only exercise being walking to the fridge) and my belly piercing is super cute. It healed really nicely. So thx immune system I suppose for healing that one up well. Also shout out to my immune system for healing up my other piercings really well. My nose piercing is the most awesome thing about my face.
I'm also good at learning languages very quickly. I have intense lessons every week and I think I will become fluent within a few years because I know I can be dedicated and that I retain information very easily. My short term memory cannot be matched. I can literally teach myself a year's worth of a new subject and get at least 80% in the exam the next day. As long as it's a short answer exam. This is a positive thread so let's not talk about my essay writing skills.

Overall though, I would say the number one thing I like about myself is my ability to change. I used to hate change when I was younger, but not only am I okay with it now, but I have the ability to completely change who I am if I don’t like myself, or on a less-serious scale, change bits and things about myself if they need to be. I feel like so many people nowadays are stuck in one version of themselves, and even if they get better at being that one version of themselves, they don’t have the ability to change the way they speak or act.
This thread is healthy to read, sometimes it helps to reflect on the things you like about yourself. It doesn't even have to be superficial, it can be anything you appreciate about yourself, and I'm sure everyone has at least something. For me, I guess I like my lips, hands, and my figure. I have slim fingers and long legs which is something I hope to maintain for as long as I can. I also have a scar on my thigh from surgery several years ago, I think it looks pretty cool.
I'm also reasonably good at writing, maybe not so much in the fictional sense, but I think I have a knack for writing formal letters. It feels great when my friends ask me to proof-read important documents, or when I'm asked to handle a professional write-up, I've been told I do a good job and I'd be inclined to agree. And as much as I roast myself over my own art, it could be worse, and I'm glad I've at least made it this far with it.
I'd like to think I'm a nice person too, though I suppose that probably varies. I always try to take people's feelings into consideration, since I believe understanding people comes from empathy, even if I can be brutally honest at times.
The fact I can speak several language and my soft and marshmallow-y thighs. That's what I like about myself. I'm a thigh person. I think I can be proud of my thighs.
