Favorite villager personality?

I'd have to say, Jock. They've always got something ridiculous to say.

I'm gonna go with cranky. Despite them becoming more chill over the years (as someone else here mentioned), I still really like how despite how they act and appear at first, they become quite endearing when they warm up to you. Although I'll always like that aspect more in the older games as I always feel it's done better there. A close second would be smug, as that one reminds me a lot of myself.

snooty was my favourite in wild world but it's kinda changed over the span of games! i like smug and lazy now.

Tie between lazy and cranky, but since Felyne and Raddle (my two favorite villagers) are both lazy I'm going with that.

Cranky. I know they used to be ruder in past games, but I actually like their personality in NH. They're gruff, but try to be friendly and hospitable.

Cranky because of how caring and how tough they act, but I'm not used to how deep their voices were in NH compared to the other games.
Although in acnl, I have two cranky villagers in my town.
On the other hand, my other favorite personalities are the normal and lazy villagers in the series.

For me, it is definitely cranky mostly because of the voice . Ironically the jock villagers have been slowly rising among my favourites even though I never really cared about them before. Very strange.

Normal is my top favorite, with Lazy being in a close second! They're just absolute sweethearts.

snooty! villager wise though i like normal the best, but that’s only bc of how a lot of them look. i prefer snooty personalities overall, they can be so caring and sweet when you become good friends with them!

Cranky just like me

I love the cranky personality the most. I like their gruff exterior, but when you get to know them they are so sweet and caring. I also like their deep voices.

Smugs all day. I find them to be the perfect combination of refined and dorky. They always make me chuckle.

Normal is probably a close second. I like how down-to-earth and wholesome they are. Some people think they're boring but I think they're really cute in their simplicity.

Normal! They are the kindest, and are into books and generally calm and quiet.. just like me in real life. I relate to them the most! Second would be okay, since I them their dialogue is so cute and innocent. Just takes me out of my daily life
