Splatoon Favorite weapons to use?

Was curious to see what kinds of weapons people here use. Here are my favorites:
Splatoon 1: Octo Shot, Hero Roller, Hero Charger, CoroCoro Splat Roller, Kelp Splatterscope, Wasabi Splattershot (forever in my heart), and Soda Slosher
Splatoon 2: Hero Shot, Octo Shot, Kensa Dualies, Soda Slosher, Kensa Charger, N-ZAP '85, Hero Roller, Clear Dapple Dualies, Bloblobber

Splatoon: I basically only used Neo Splash-o-matic & Wasabi Splattershot. Sometimes, slipping between NZAP '85 & '89 & the Splat Charger.
Splatoon 2: Custom Splattershot Jr. & Custom Dualie Squelchers. I think I was better at the OG Splatoon ngl- I used to have good enough aim to run charger on ranked LOL

I've only played Splatoon 2, but I main the Neo Splash-o-matic due to its special being my favorite.

I also often play the Sploosh-o-matic 7, Carbon Roller, Mini Splatling, and Kensa Octobrush.

I think I said it somewhere else, but I really like the dualies and rollers - some more than others, naturally, but dualies and rollers all the same.

I also really have been enjoying some of the chargers, but even now - after years of owning the game - I struggle with my aiming xD

All no scope chargers are the most fun for me to use in turfed and ranked, Gootuber being my favourite and most used weapon (almost 4mil points turfed now oops) and next probably E-litre. I also enjoy all types of splatlings especially hydra. For shooters my favourite is cherry nozzle and Splattershot jr. I rarely ever play rollers or brushes.

i mostly use dualies, i can't remember exactly which ones but i'm better with them than with any other weapons in the game

I'm getting into the Dynamo Rollers.

I also work with Shooters, Squiffer ( barely but I still kinda suck with it ), more Rollers,
Dualies, brushes and I'm thinking about learning to use a Slosher. Bloblobber is easy though. So yeah, that's my list. I guess I'm widely compatible.


Most used is the Roller Variety I think and least used are Chargers.

I like using the dualie squelchers, but in the past I mained splatterspot and brella.

I've only played Splatoon 2, but I my favorites are:

Bloblobber
Aerospray PG
Kensa Splat Roller

Hoping to learn how to use chargers, but I'm awful at it, haha.

I like using the normal slosher. The range on that thing is incredible, so it's fun to get splats with.

In the first game I used the inkbrush, but the Switch attack button is more difficult to mash so it isn't as fun anymore.

Custom Dualie Squelchers are probably my favorite pick for Turf Wars. The range and being able to dodge is a huge plus. For just pure ink coverage, I love the Sploosh-o-matic 7. I haven't been using it as much because of how hard it is to splat people from a distance, but it's satisfying. For damage I would go with Kensa .52 Gal. I don't really know what's viable for the ranked modes since I rarely play them.
