Hi! What are your favourite gacha games? I'm looking for some new ones to play. My personal favourites are AFK Arena and Arknights.
Honestly, I'm so addicted to gacha games it's not even funny.
i enjoyed epic seven for quite a while but the gear requirements became too much for me to bother with (its perfectly fine to play casually though) i started playing on global server's launch day but quit and then started again when europe's server came out in may last year. at the beginning of eu's server i was in a guild that was top 3 and then went into top 20 after that guild went away. it hit a pretty dark spot which is around the time i stopped playing but theyve made lots of improvements to the game since. its not perfect but its still one of the prettiest and most polished gacha games and i still keep up to date with news and content from it.
i also miss playing fire emblem heroes sometimes. there used to be a very active discussion on here but it is much more inactive than it used to be which kind of hurts me to see. doesnt mean that its dead though. the game has changed very much since i quit and it mightve improved since then but i dont know for sure, it might be worth checking out too
I haven't played any gacha games in a while but I really used to love Fire Emblem Heroes and the Kingdom Hearts game. I've tried to play other gacha games but I really could never get into them, those are only two I've ever liked.
for a while i was super into dissidia final fantasy opera omnia! i stopped playing around the time pokemon swsh came out (since i have trouble keeping up with more than one game at the same time) and haven’t touched it since but if you’re into final fantasy and/or silly convoluted dialogue like i am i highly recommend it!
the only one i'm really active on is granblue fantasy. i've been playing it for a few years and i'm still in love, barely spent anything on it (except for a few outfits because sometimes i just gotta) and overall it's really consumer-friendly, despite being a gacha game and a grindfest.
other than that, i occassionally play: love live school idol festival!, love live allstars, fire emblem heroes, dragalia lost and another eden, but i'm not necessarily hooked on them. i had cookie run on my phone for a while - i even played the "old" game back in the day - but by now i've lost interest in it and have shifted away from the scene. they usually aren't all that engaging to me, i hate FEH for reasons and dragalia lost just ... doesn't really appeal to me? plus, i have dead wrists, so all the more reasons to actually not play love live. i say. while playing love live.
Was really into Dragalia Lost, Love Live, and Bungo Stray Dogs: Tales of the Lost for awhile. The artwork for all the cards is amazing and I couldn't help the gacha train. Thankfully haven't spent money on these for almost a year now.
Seeing a few mentions of Granblue - never checked that one out before but heard great things. May take another dip into the gacha realm

FEH has a lot of power creep though so i don’t recommend it much anymore. :|
FGO has notoriously low 5* gacha rates but the story for certain sections is really good and they have a lot of nice art! And a lot of questionable art lolll
not sure if love nikki counts as a gatcha but I also love that one!!!
