Favourite TV show(s)? Any to recommend?

I believe there was a thread like this a while ago but it appears to be buried away somewhere...

My favourites are:
Doctor Who (Been a fan since I was a wee lass)
Game of Thrones (I like the books too)
Torchwood (Like me a bit of a 'Who Spinoff)
Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes UK version (Sure those series are over now but they are very good)

And I just started watching Supernatural today, I'm currently on the 8th episode of the first series and I'm really liking it, it reminds me of Torchwood, except this episode is really messing with my phobia of bugs... Plus I really like that Impala.

I would recommend all these series to people if you like Sci-Fi or Fantasy. You can pick up the box sets for these series reasonably cheap as well...

So what TV shows do you like and would recommend?

Well my boyfriend showed me a bunch of shows that I've liked. Supernatural was one of them.

Fringe is another, as well as Grimm. We watched the first episode of the new show.. I think it's called 'Cult' or something the other day. That one seems really interesting.

Pretty Little Liars, 30 Rock, The Office, Community, LOST & Smash. I also liked Terra Nova, but that got cancelled after one season.

American Horror Story is absolutely genius. I've only watched Season 1, but I watched it in 2 sittings.
I recommend it to everyone who likes a show with clever writing, and lots of twists/mystery.
Once I finished the finale, I thought about it for days. It's one of those shows that stick with you!

Other than that, my favorites are Sex and the City, Pretty Little Liars, Being Human, and a few mindless shows, like America's Next Top Model and the Kardashians.

The only show I really keep up on is Workaholics. I mostly only watch 90's are All That and Toonami.

I don't really watch tv anymore, and the only shows that I watch are the ones on Netflix
Doctor Who is pretty much the only thing I've watched for a while.
A while back I watched Dexter and got a pretty good way through it before I got bored. Never tried watching it again, but I just might at some point in the near future, especially seeing as how I'll probably be done with what Netflix has of Doctor Who by the end of the week and I'll have to wait a while until they put season 7 up... or find another place it watch it.
We'll see.

Lie to Me was also a favorite of mine... and I'm sad that it seems to have stopped.

The only shows that I actually watch these days are Bakemonogatari, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Darker Than Black, and my favorite, Breaking Bad. Seriously, watch Breaking Bad. I get absolutely hooked when I sit down and watch it. Netflix is my life.

I JUST STARTED WATCHING SUPERNATURAL TOO. That bug episode oh my lord.

I watch The Mentalist, The Office, Once Upon a Time, Teen Wolf, Glee, Kathy, Revolution, Doctor Who, and Breaking Bad.

I will, kind sir. I just wish I knew which channel it's shown on in the UK, even if it's re-runs because my laptop is a bit small to watch it... Most of the show has already been spoilt for me by my friends though
